Three miles to Sullivan's Island, one mile to Shem Creek and five miles to Downtown Charleston! Updated kitchen, equipt for cooking and eating, W/D combo unit, the living area has a smart TV and a dining area for four, hardwoods throughout. The first bedroom comes with a queen bed, the second has twin beds and smart TV. Fenced-in backyard with picnic area and grill, front porch dining table as well. If interested in the grill, please text me once booked for safety instructions. Technically a duplex but lives like a house with its own yard, partking, etc. A high chair attachment is available upon request. Less than a mile to three parks, close to nearly everything on the South side of Mt. Pleasant. One low-shed dog (or two under 20lbs low-shed dogs) welcome with pet fee.
