The single-story home offers the following bedroom configuration:

Enjoy the West-facing pool, sized at 24' x 13' x 6'D. Pool heat is available for an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. Please note that our pools are professionally serviced on a weekly basis.
The garage accommodates two cars and includes an opener. Kindly return the opener to the kitchen counter upon departure to avoid a $150 replacement fee.
For grilling enthusiasts, a BBQ is provided for complimentary guest use. While a propane tank is included with the BBQ, please be aware that refills are not supplied. Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. A cleaning fee of $56 will apply if the BBQ is not cleaned before departure.
