Great room has soaring ship lap ceilings and gas fireplace with floor to ceiling stone surround. Hardwood floors are throughout most of the home. The kitchen features white maple cabinets and extremely large granite island and peninsula with corner windows and breathtaking view down past Stardust marina and out onto beautiful Norris Lake. There is an attached three season room adjacent to the kitchen with large dining table for 8 and conversation/tv area. This room also overlooks Stardust Marina and Norris Lake. Large laundry room on this level with huge pantry and second refrigerator. Second King sized bedroom also on the main level with attached full bath to include 5' tiled shower. Upstairs leads to a private "college themed" retreat with a King size bed, custom bunks to include 2 queens and 2 twin XL. We proudly support OSU, UK, UT and Purdue! There is also a TV space and full bath with 4' tiled shower. The lower level of this home is quite spectacular. There are two custom bunk rooms, each with 2 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds. The "Girls" bunk room has an attached "dorm style" bathroom! It has 2 private toilets, double sinks, and 2 walk in showers with a private changing room in each one. It is unique and one of a kind. The girls will love this space after a day on the lake. The "Boys" bunk room has an attached full bath to include a 4' shower. There is a very large rec room in between the bunk rooms with a TV/sofa area and ping pong table. There is also another full bath off the rec room to include a private shower/changing area and a second laundry room. The decks on this home are spectacular and just what one would want lakefront. Both upper and lower decks are fully covered and the lower deck is a "dry deck" due to the flooring on the main level deck. The main level deck has huge vaulted ceilings, fans, a grill and a TV. There is lots of seating on this deck that is just steps away from the lake with gorgeous views in all directions. There is a custom built, professional grade concrete staircase to the lake from the house. There is a very sturdy metal handrail all the way down and less than 70 steps to the shoreline. The dock includes 2 covered slips, one with a 6600# lift, and main level sun deck with a diving board and a staircase from the lake. This property has everything.... a great floor plan, outdoor living and the perfect location on Norris Lake. It is less than 10 miles and 15-20 minutes from I75 and 30 minutes to downtown Knoxville. An extra 20 minutes gets you to the Knoxville Zoo or into West Knoxville for awesome shopping and dining. We are neighbors with Stardust Marina and all that the marina has to offer is right next door. The home is located within a community and has great paved roads for morning or evening walks in a safe area. We have a private lot across the street from the house for extra cars or boat trailers.
