The dining area comfortably accommodates 4 guests. A leather sleeper sofa allows for two additional overnight guests and there is a swivel-mounted flat-screen TV for everyone's viewing pleasure. Take in the amazing sunrises or sunsets and step out onto the balcony for unbelievable views of the Gulf of Amenities include:

Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
