Summary: No heat in the room but after pushbacking on their pushback they refunded 100% when they were only going to refund 40% complaining that they were charged a fee by the booking platform - so when I asked the guy whether I should call the booking platform and ask them for the other 60% is when he refunded the total price. THEN the booking platform gave a bonus BESIDES
