Summary: Bad experience. I travel a lot. I know things happen. But this wasn’t a good experience. I was supposed to stay from Monday to Thursday. I ended up leaving Wednesday. The first night there. I couldn’t sleep as I just heard a child crying in some other room. The second day we received notices about the water being shut off from 10 pm to 9 am. Ok I took a shower early. Went to bed early has I had to be at a meeting the next morning. At around 10:50 PM the whole hotel was wakened up by the fire alarm going off. I had an alarm on the wall next to me. It was going off for almost 5 minutes. If I didn’t have a meeting to go to i would have left right then. A lot of people came out of their rooms to see what happened. Of course it was a false alarm. In the morning of course there was no water. I went downstairs to eat. A lot of the staff there were complaining about not having water and unable to do things in the kitchen. A few of the guest were asking what happened last night. Nobody said anything. After I ate I packed my belongings and left. I really should have just went home as after the alarm went off I couldn’t even fall asleep my ears were ringing all night. I’m a platinum member. Never again will I stay here. Thanks
