Summary: The Staff was taking a personal call while checking me in. Lack of customer service. The room had holes in the walls, wires sticking out and the heat didn’t work in the room. The covers had stains on them. The sink in the bathroom was broken. There was no soap in the restroom or tissue. I had to get my own.
