🌺Beautiful Oceanfront Property featuring a private gated home with two additional separate king Bedroom Suites each with private entrances. Enjoy unobstructed ocean views of the Pacific Ocean, Kona Coast and Kahaluu Beach with stunning sunsets. This property includes a gorgeous solar heated glass tile swimming pool with spa.
This traditional Hawaiian Style home is divided into three areas but only rented all together; the Main Hale, the Lower Garden Suite and the Ohana Suite. Each area is ocean front with beautiful ocean views and cooling tropical breezes. The floor, ceiling fans and trade winds provide a truly comfortable environment as NO AC is available. This home is beautifully anointed with traditional hawaiian decor and comfortable furnishings.
The Main Hale features the full kitchen, dining and entertaining center of the property in addition to the Master Bedroom Suite with king bed accommodations and private bath . The Great Room includes a generously stocked kitchen with upscale utensils and cookware and an indoor dining area with seating for 10. The living room area features a big screen TV with cable and Wi-Fi. In the foyer sitting area there is a couch-queen-hida-bed and an additional full bath in the Main Hale. The spacious lanai adds to the indoor/outdoor flow of the Main Hale with spectacular views, ample outdoor seating and amazing outdoor grilling with “Green Egg” or gas Barbecue...
The Lower Garden Suite features a very private Bedroom with a full bath and king bed accommodations. It has a private entrance, a comfortable sitting area with a queen hide-a bed-couch, TV, microwave, and mini refrigerator.
The Ohana Suite also has king bed accommodations with a full bath, a private sitting area with ‘two’ twin couch Hida-beds, TV, kitchenette with microwave and mini refrigerator and a private lanai.
This property is located on Alii Drive with access through our private gate. There is a large private parking area next to the home.
Our home is named ‘Hale Maluhia, “House of Peace”. It truly is the perfect place to gather with family and friends to relax and rejuvenate on the soothing Big Island of Hawaii. We invite you to come and enjoy our traditional Hawaiian style tropical retreat for a relaxing vacation. We’re sure you, your family and friends will create cherished Aloha memories.

You can set up mid-week house cleaning with full linen change or just basic cleaning which ever you prefer. I will let you contact cleaners direct after booking.

We have a strict cancellation policy, SORRY NO REFUND if cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival, this includes Covid, however you can reschedule for another time with no additional fees.
