Lovely home. Next to a Beautiful Andy Brown park (walkable) with 10 miles of bike and walking trails, volleyball courts, tons of park space for kids to run around, just beautiful! In a quiet suburban neighborhood. CORE Public Pool is about 10 min. Downtown Dallas, Six Flags, Cowboys Stadium, Rangers Stadium, Grapevine, and other popular tourist attractions are within 1/2 hour driving distance. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and a smart floorplan give the house a unique layout. With Master Bedroom and Guest/Office Room on the Ground Floor and three bedrooms, and a game room upstairs, the house offers guests plenty of room and privacy at the same time. Guests have full access to the house and all amenities. Family size Tregear Grill can only make your stay tastier.
