Swim platform has second outdoor TV, lounge chairs, swim ladder and diving platform. Guests have access to a 14x40 open boat slip (no lift) and double jet ski slip with lifts. Our home is ideal for multiple families. Lots of space and a warm comfortable feel. For that reason, we do not allow Bachelor/Bachelorette parties or the like. Our neighborhood is very private and secluded, full of other amazing families. We ask that you respect them by shutting down outdoor activities and moving inside by 12AM on weekends and 11PM on week nights. Your adherence to this is very much appreciated!!
