Welcome to Blue Lagoon- this stylish home is located in the desired gated community of Terra Lago! Blue Lagoon is a three bedroom, two and a half bath home with over 2,150 square feet and has everything you will need to enjoy a staycation. You'll find plenty of room for a great family get-together, a friends retreat or even a last minute trip to the desert. Just a short drive to the Empire Polo fields where Stagecoach and Coachella festivals are held.

Guest have access to the entire home including all amenities within the home. Before being able to access the property: reservation holder must provide host with a full guest- list. All names need to be cleared at the guarded gate, this also helps to confirm guest count does not exceed the sleep count. Any person not on the guest list will not have access to the property.
Blue Lagoon is located minutes from Acrisure Arena, the home of the Firebirds, and major events which include amazing concerts and unique shows. Which ever way you decide to spend your day, be it soaking up the sun on one of three lounge chairs or swimming the day away, we are sure you will love every minute of it. The private back yard features a barbecue great for grilling. Enjoy al fresco dinning outdoor on the patio dinning table with room for six then challenge a friend on the oversized Connect-4 game. Sip on your favorite glass of wine around the fire table, then watch the sunset from privacy of your very own spa.
Indoors you'll be greeted with a spacious living area with enough room for your whole family to enjoy a movie night. A fully equipped kitchen with everything one would need to cook home made meals. The casual dinning are features seating for six and a bar top gaming area features fun and unique family games.

The Primary Suite is located upstairs and features a King-sized Bed and private balcony with lake views. The private bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, and his and her vanity sinks. A bonus twin rollaway bed is located in the walk-in closet.
Suite 2 is located to the left of the landing and features a Queen-sized Bed and private bathroom featuring a tile shower, and a vanity sink.
Bedroom 3 features 2 Full-sized Beds. Downstairs, a Queen size sofa sleeper is located in the living room and a half bathroom is located next to the entrance

No Street Parking: Parking is available for 4 cars. This includes 2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway, but no street parking is permitted. Parking violations are guest responsibility. No RV, Large Passenger Vans and/or any type of Recreational Vehicles are allowed. Failure will result in a $750+ fine per citation.
Age Requirements: The reservation holder must be 25 years of age at time of check-in and is required to be at the property for the duration of the reservation.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance is actively recording on the property, one camera is located over the driveway. All cameras are on exterior of home.
PETS: Small pets (dogs only) are welcome with prior host approval and a $150 per pet cleaning fee. A maximum of 2 pets only.
POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and spa heat is not included in the total booking amount. Please reach out to host for details.
AC Usage: In order to ensure no damage is caused to the AC unit, we ask that the AC temperature is not lowered any less than 74 degrees. To help keep the home cool, we suggest closing any blinds or shutters and ensuring the doors remain closed to avoid heat entering the house during the hot days. House thermostat is monitored remotely.
NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC: We care about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, so we ask that when guest are utilizing the pool area the music is kept to an acceptable volume. Playing loud-amplified music and any fines associated with excessive noise complaints are the responsibility of the guest.
NO LAKE ACTIVITY: Guest have no lake access, this includes swimming, kayaking, fishing or any other lake activity. All fines associated are the guest responsibility
