This spacious home features three living areas offering plenty of space to spread out and relax. The main living area is a the rear of the home overlooking the pool area – there is a new sectional sofa and large screen TV to chill after an active day.
Outdoors, there is a good sized pool and private deck with no rear neighbors. Spend the day splashing around enjoying the Florida sunshine, or sink into the bubbling spa to relax. Pool/spa heat available at an additional cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)
The updated kitchen, with stone countertops and breakfast bar island, is equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a formal dining table and chairs and adjacent secondary living area towards the front of the home.
The first master bedroom is downstairs and boasts a kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with both shower and bath tub plus separate toilet. The second master bedroom is upstairs, also with a kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom. There are three twin bedroom that the children will love.
