1. Up to 5 cars is the maximum you may park inside the property, if you need extra parking, there is a public parking next to the house to the right of us, walking sidewalk distance and extremely close to us.
2. Absolutely no parking on the grass inside our property. We have sensors, lights and sprinkler systems that can potentially be damaged.
5. The use of any dye materials or anything that can damage any part inside or outside of my property is strictly prohibited. Casablanca is a multimillion dollar property and it is exactly as the name, completely white, even floors.
6. No pets allowed in the premises at any time.
7. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
