Summary: Staff (Hispanic) were unfriendly, dismissive and unhelpful. Customer service was poor. For every query or support they keep connecting to billing department who could not help and didnot respond in timely fashion unless repeated reminder. Utilities provided were not good quality, example cutlery was cheap, toiletries were poor quality, comforter was clumpy. Cabinets were stained. View was nice but over all Not worth the money.
