This bungalow is half of a 1959 Mid-Century executive home, which has been converted to a private and peaceful sanctuary, with modern upgrades. This unit is completely separate from the rest of the home, with a separate side entrance leading you to your private deck, yard and front door. The bright and breezy living area, with large windows and expansive views, offers a large living area with a full kitchen that’s perfect for socializing and relaxing in. Down the hallway are two large bedrooms and across the hall from them, a large, private bathroom. Both bedrooms have a comfy lounge area, along with a work space/vanity, featuring a king bed in one and a queen bed in the other. Both rooms have large closets, with hangers, dressers and large windows that provide warm natural light. All the amenities you would expect at a hotel will be provided along with superior customer service from the hosts, who are both San Diego natives and happy to provide suggestions for activities.
The garden has distant ocean views and an outdoor dining table, grill and lounge areas. If you prefer fishing, some of San Diego’s best salt water fishing is nearby including with local commercial sports-fishing boats offering day or overnight fishing in area and the nearby Coronado islands in Mexico. There is lighting and fire pit for spending time outside in the evening. This location gets a nice ocean breeze, offers beautiful sunsets and never gets too chilly at night. Indoor and outdoor entertainment distractions are provided for adults and children.
