This Southwestern Modern Mountain Cottage welcomes you to the heart of Deer Creek Canyon 15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater, 30 minutes to Denver, and just minutes from the nearest hiking/biking trails for the summer and easy access to I70 to hit the slopes during the winter months.
With countless updates and lots of love, we’ve been able to take what was once an abandoned house and turned it into a cozy home full of character tucked away in the peaceful foothills of the Rockies for others to experience and enjoy.

Our home is nestled on over an acre of land tucked away in the foothills of the mountains. Please ensure that you are comfortable with wild life and an isolated, private getaway.
