This is a very large, two-floor loft-style penthouse that includes three private suites.

The second floor(this unit) has a private bedroom suite, private kitchen, private living room, and private balcony.

The first floor and second floor are separated by an open staircase, but the first and second floors do not have access to one another. They are separated by a partition on both ends. The second floor has a coded exterior lock (separate from the suite coded lock) to access the kitchen/living room of the unit. The first floor has a coded exterior lock (separate from the suite coded lock) that accesses the common area (kitchen/living room) of the units.

★ CHECK-IN: 4 PM/CHECK-OUT: 11 AM: We can only accommodate this if it is not affecting a turnover after a previous guest or a turnover for same-day check-in

★ PETS: must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking.
- Long Term Guests (guests over 28 nights): $150 per pet cleaning fee

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
- Long-Term Stays (over 28 nights): $200 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
- Private kitchen and private living room are cleaned every Monday
