Positive: The location is great. Very short walk to the beach and a dollar general within walking distance. The gated back yard was wonderful for the dogs! It really needs to be a marketing point for this home.

Negative: We had some issues with the dryer not staying on and not drying well when it did. Vacasa was very prompt on getting technician to check it out ( we mostly wanted to make sure it wasn’t a fire hazard!) and let the owners know. The house is pretty dated for the most part and you can see there has been some water damage in some of the paneling of the walls, also there is multiple low/soft spots in the floors but the home was dry and smelled fine (no mold or mildew). There was some detailed cleaning that needed to be done, examples baseboards, light switches, dusting on top of some furniture but overall cleanliness was okay.
