Beach Bungalow is a vintage cottage with all the comforts of home for you and your furry friends. The cottage is located in Mexico Beach, only 3 blocks to the Gulf of Mexico, with availability for boat parking. Beach cleanup is easy with a full outdoor bathroom, including hot/cold outdoor shower. Enjoy the outdoor with designated seating spaces on the deck and covered patio. Both spaces are enclosed in the fenced in lawn which make a great space for furry friends to explore.
With a bohemian interior, great natural lighting, and genuine hardwood floor, it is easy to feel the artist inspiration as many pieces are unique such as the surfboard inspired coffee table. Vintage vibes surround offering cozy accommodations with 2 queen bedrooms and shared bathroom, single vanity and walk-in shower.
The kitchen and living room are connected with supreme functionality. the dining offers comfortable seating for 4-6 with outdoor dining options also available. The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances (less a dishwasher), dishes, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities.
Additional living space is available in the shed in the back lawn. the space is cooled by ceiling fan only and provides a second refrigerator, great for storing beverages. Please note, the second bathroom is completely outdoors with a toilet and hot/cold shower.
There are no parking restrictions and boats are welcome. The public boat launch in Mexico Beach is less than 4 miles down the street. Downtown Port St Joe is less than 10 minutes with additional boutique shopping and locally owned restaurants.
