Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location! Nice space. Easy access into building. Good communication with landlord.

Negative: Although the bed was pretty comfortable, it's very low to the ground, like a futon. I'm old, with bad knees, so it was difficult to get up! That's more a me problem than a landlord problem, though I wanted to point it out for future oldie renters. Lol. No instructions for the TV. Just wanted to be able to see the local news, but no live TV available. Great for Netflix or Prime though! Fridge was filthy. Additionally, the neighbors smoke weed (not the problem) and when you use the fan in the bathroom the smell comes into the unit (the problem). I don't want to get fined for something we didn't do. And finally, you're asked to load and start the washing machine when you leave, but there's no soap, so not sure how clean those sheets and towels are...just sayin'.

Summary: Pretty good, could be better.
