Experience our large rustic log cabin perfect for groups and family gatherings. Includes large great room, open kitchen and dining, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and loft area. View the majestic mountains from the covered deck and porch.
Our rustic cabin is the perfect place for family gatherings. There are enough rooms for people to sleep and have private space. The large great room and loft offer a large space for families to have dinners, play games, visit, and more. This home was built by our grandparents 20 years ago. We want to keep their legacy alive by having travelers stay and enjoy the home.
Guests can access the main and upper level of the home. The basement is off limits as it is used for storage. The fireplace isn't to be used by guests. The loft area and stairs have open railings. Please be very careful with young children around these railings.
We live nearby, and will be available if needed. Carrie manages the space. We will provide you with a code to enter the home upon check in. You will enter through the garage door. Please make a request for anything you need and we will do our best to accommodate you.
There are 2 cats that live on the property. They are not allowed in the home. If you want to bring your pets you may, but they are to stay outside as well. No pets are allowed inside the home. No Smoking is allowed in the home and cigarette butts must be disposed of outside.
Our family neighborhood is quiet. The cabin is surrounded by fields. We share a small road with the cabin across from us. The other cabin is owned by a family member. There is a school nearby. Plenty of areas to go for walks.
We have a driveway that allows for parking. The circular drive in the front of the home may be used for parking as well. Please do not park on the center drive, or on the road. Access to 600 East from the North is closed off before and after school hours by the city. (approximately 8:50 to 9:20, and 3:20 to 4:10). You may enter and exit to the south at all times.
