Located in the exclusive private kid-friendly waterfront community of Great Harbors, this custom built contemporary ranch offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The spacious deck overlooks the huge private fenced in yard with chiminea and outdoor shower. Just a short walk to the *association clubhouse which features an *olympic size pool & kiddie pool w/lifeguards, *lighted tennis courts, playground, shuffleboard, baseball field, basketball court and private inlet beach all located waterfront on the inlet of Great Pond! Bring your kayaks and launch into Great Pond!! Pets welcome - huge fenced in yard and medium crate supplied! 1.5 miles circle safe for family biking, dog walking, running.
*PLEASE NOTE: Use of the pool, tennis courts & clubhouse are optional and the association fee per week (they do not prorate) is $325.00, this is only available July and August (please inquire). This $325 is NOT included in cost of rental and can be ADDED ON AS AN OPTION. This price covers 6 people (under 3 free), addtl people $50. Along with use of the pool and tennis courts, the clubhouse always has additional activities/themes going on for all age groups. THIS FEE IS CHARGED BY THE ASSOCIATION NOT THE OWNER SORRY. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
BEACHES – Residents only for car parking but can get a renters week long pass. Could drop off family/supplies with car and bike back to beach.
Falmouth Heights Beach – 1.8 mile walk (Sopranos and Shipwrecked restaurants here)
Bristol Beach-1.3 mile walk
Menahaunt Beach – 1.5 mile walk
Surf Drive Beach (main beach for weekly visitor stickers) 10 min drive, follow the coast around the harbor – snack bar
*Old Silver –15 min drive (like to Pt. Lookout) -A real favorite and most like Long Island beaches (can do visitor parking for a $20-$25 fee for the day) – snack bar
Bike trail – starting just off downtown – can go North to Old Silver or South to Woods Hole. Very scenic along the coast and beaches. Woods Hole has lots of nice restaurants on the water, aquarium, ice cream shops, parks, etc. – beautiful spot.

Cape Cod Baseball league games (Free) – at Gus Canty Rec Building across from 7-11
Cape Cod Baseball camps (M-F for a few hours each am, for a fee but kids play with some of the best college players in the country)

Martha’s Vineyard – Ferry to Oaks Bluff leaves from Falmouth Harbor (1.5 miles from the house). Flying Horses carousel (complete with brass ring), Gingerbread houses, beaches and Jaws Bridge (where Jaws was filmed – a favorite jumping point)
We are about a 1/2 mile from the town boat ramp to load and unload your boat at no cost. Great bike path within Falmouth that leads directly to the world famous 'Woods Hole'. Five minute ride to the local ferry that takes you to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket as well as 5 minutes to downtown Falmouth where the shopping and food is fabulous!
Golf: Falmouth is surrounded by golf courses . There are many within Falmouth and surrounding towns like Mashpee up to and thru Plymouth, which is just off cape.
Within 3 to 4 miles, there is Walmart, Shaw's, Stop & Shop, TJ Maxx, Friendly's, Staples, Job Lots, 99, Papa Gino's, Starbucks, Dunkins, as well as all the local restaurants and stores. Downtown Falmouth has a nice selection of shops and restaurants and then there are the local restaurants like Flying Bridge and Sopranos. Check out Cape Cod Winery. There's a good amount of coffee shops scattered thruout as well, some good ones in Wood's Hole.
There's also the Shining Sea Bikepath, Nobska Lighthouse w/gorgeous views, Wood's Hole and Wood's Hole free small aquarium, Martha's Vineyard Ferry is 2 miles from the house as well as Ryan's Family Amusement and Falmouth Cinema.
