Summary: the best part was checkin. i was able to get in early and the top floor request was honored. The woman at the front desk was amazing. the hotel itself was in good shape. the room was fine, a few rogue hairs around. the hot tub was out of order which is my biggest disappointment. the brekkie was fine. the tea selection was nice. so while not amazing, it was a very good stay.
