Air conditioned rooms throughout building all bedrooms have air conditioners as well as 2 large units on first floor the house is comfortable . Stereo in 3 large rooms on first floor . Large music library or bring your own music or plug in your iPhone and play your music in 3 different rooms . This house has hosted celebrities and is the primer home in Jamestown NY Laundry in basement 2 washers 2 dryers . Retro turntable in 4 th bedroom! All cable channels. WiFi boosters throughout Mansion . It’s a great fun house. Completely private and secluded. You will be amazed !

5 bedrooms on the second floor and 4 full baths plus one more small bedroom and full bath on the 3rd floor. We also have a new inflatable queen mattress which inflates in minutes is full size and height and can be placed anywhere and it’s comfortable! Great for people who have trouble with steps or for large groups. There is also a full living room suite attached to the master bedroom. Seats 6 has a full couch which can sleep one person . cable TV and internet through out the house. 4 large smart TVs and excellent internet thru the house inside and out . I live in this house part time it’s my home it has everything you can want and it’s only the best because that’s what I prefer. Come enjoy the Sheldon House and you will have a great time.
