Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location if you're going to either one of the Barrington Stage theaters in Pittsfield. Very good restaurant attached to the hotel. Personnel were very professional and courteous.

Negative: You have to call the hotel to open up the parking lot gate at night. I understand why they need to do this, but it is an inconvenience. They have a small parking lot and one night we had to wait for a parking space to open up.

Summary: This is a nice hotel and I would consider staying here again.
