We named the property Tranquility for its comfortable privacy like no other rentable property on the island. The property features a beautiful home, an extra-large swimming pool with southern exposure, a spacious covered and screened lanai, a studio style cabana, plus your own exclusive (no reservations needed) tennis/pickle ball court which been recently renovated.
The warm modern minimalist style of the main house has an open concept with an unobstructed flow between the large chefs kitchen, dining area, and the spacious living room. The kitchen features both an island and a peninsula with seating for 8 people and an additional 4 more seats in the dining area. The double ovens and a 36” glass top stove make cooking for a large group a breeze. Large sliding glass doors form the living room, dining room and the master suite all lead to the lanai. The screened and covered lanai is wonderful for outdoor dining, relaxing or watching the activities at the pool or your friends and family in their ongoing tennis or pickle ball match.
The home has 2 lovely master suites both featuring king size beds, ensuite bathrooms with large vanities, double sinks and extra-large showers. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, a spacious closet and a desk. The 3rd full bathroom is just a couple of steps away. The 4th bedroom is located in the cabana which is in the backyard/pool area. The cabana or little house has a kitchenette, a sitting area, a queen size bed, a full ensuite bathroom, air conditioner, small refrigerator and a coffee maker. It’s the ultimate private hide-away spot on the property!

This rare property is located in the exclusive estate section of Marco Island which is quiet and has very little traffic which makes it safer to walk or ride bikes. You are sure to see lots of wildlife in the neighborhood like the islands prized sand owls and gopher tortoises. Best of all the #1 canal for viewing manatees is just across the street!
Downtown Marco Island has over 80 fantastic restaurants with an extensive variety of cuisines that will suit any appetite and choices for any budget. There are quaint unique shops that specialize in clothing, trinkets, souvenirs, candies, home goods etc. For the more adventurous there are boat tours through the 10,000 islands that may include shelling, dolphin watching, dinner or sunsets. You can rent your own boat, sailboat, jet ski or kayak. There is mini golf and beautiful parks with lots of activities for both young and old.
