This house has a pool table, kayaks, stand up paddle, sparkling clean pool, outdoor sitting area, fire pit, lounge chairs…pick your relaxation spot! Cold A/C and plenty of indoor amenities like a smart TV for streaming and a full size washer/dryer. Fully stocked kitchen and propane grill. Location is a quiet residential neighborhood with restaurants, retail within a mile. There is a 2 car garage and a long driveway. Dogs welcome with $100 pet fee.
