You will find this adorable 2 bedroom cottage to have everything you need, from the fully equipped kitchen, BBQ on the deck and a playful game room with air hockey & foosball. You will have a lovely private back yard and fire pit.The kids will love the playground on the farm. Let's not forget the beach cruisers and kayak that are ready for your short trip to the ocean.
The Space:
This is a two bedroom house with main living area on the second floor. (Kitchen, dining, living room, master bedroom with ensuite, and loft are on the second floor). The deck with outdoor dining and BBQ is off the kitchen on the second floor. 1st floor has a game room with glass garage doors that you can open for indoor/outdoor living. The second bedroom is on the main floor through the game room. The second bedroom has a toilet room only (no sink). This room also has glass garage door, along with black out curtains for complete privacy. There is a large playground on the farm that guests are welcome to use.
Guest access:
The property can be entered through the main driveway. There will be a rope across the drive way saying "closed", during the off season (September-May). Please take down the rope, drive in and then hang the rope again, otherwise the public will think the farm is open. June1st-September 1st the farm is open for Agriturism from 10-5 Thursday-Sunday so no need to worry about the close sign.
Other things to note:
Please keep in mind that this is an Organic farm, so there may be bugs, and dirt. We do all we can to control bugs and stay within our Organic perimeters. We do ask that you take your shoes off and not bring the farm dirt into the house.
