For those that want seclusion and their own private beach, welcome to Longacres! This sprawling 7 bedroom, 4.5 bath home has a panoramic lake view and is just 50 steps away from surf and sand. Ideal for that family reunion, big families or gatherings spring, summer, or fall! Located in Lakeside Michigan, right in the heart of Harbor Country. Dining room table has seating for ten or more. Serene morning walks on the beach, family cookouts, bike rides down quiet country roads, antiquing and winery tours, private tennis court, all topped off with sunsets and a beach fire all to yourself. Family and friends will enjoy watching the sunset from the spacious porch as well as the outdoor firepit. Plenty of games and books for the kids along with satellite television. You can also rent the second house on property (The Carriage House) to sleep an additional 10 more.
**No parties or events allowed at this property. Occupancy never to exceed 16 unless Carriage House rented for an additional 10.
**All Guests required to sign our Guest Occupancy Agreement as well. Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.
