Island Retreat! Full of character and charm, this Goat Island home is the perfect vacation retreat located on the Intracoastal Water off the Isle of Palms. The island is unique in that it has no automobile access and is surrounded by Marshland. The house is located only a few minutes boat ride from the Isle of Palms Marina.
To rent this home, you must:
1. Have your own boat with you to access the property, or...
2. Rent a boat through the IOP Marina. Special rates for Island Realty guests.
3. MUST BE 25 years of age or older, ID will be required.
4. Currently there is NO OVERNIGHT TRAILER PARKING at the marina. Please contact the marina for questions on trailer parking options.
5. Call in for availability & rate details - this property is not bookable online
6. All trash must be removed from Island by renter (no dumpsters have to take home with you)
Goat Island House has the following amenities:
3 bedrooms: 2 with king beds, 1 with a full size bed.
3 baths: 2 with Jacuzzi tubs/showers, 1 with regular tub/shower.
Fully equipped kitchen: large Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, blender, dual fuel range, gas grill, dishwasher.
Central air and ceiling fans in all rooms.
275' pier w/20' floating dock.
