Over our 3.5 years on VRBO, our condo has welcomed many extremely happy guests. We promise to provide the best service to our guests as this is our vacation home too! (and our only rental property). Luana Kai D205 is a second floor, 1 bed/1 bath condo that boasts unobstructed panoramic ocean views. Our redecorated unit features new flooring throughout, fresh paint and new linens. It has a fully renovated, well-equipped kitchen featuring a walk-around island, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The unit has A/C, in-unit washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs (one a smart TV), HD cable TV, complimentary high speed wireless internet, free local and long-distance calls to the U.S. and Canada, and free unassigned parking in the on-site parking lot.
The bedroom features a king-size bed with a new mattress, a Tempur-Pedic topper and refreshed bedding along with a wall-mounted TV.
The updated bathroom has a large well-lit sink/vanity area with granite top and newly re-tiled shower with a rain showerhead fixture and a convenient toiletry niche.
For your convenience, we also provide pool/beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, pickleball & tennis rackets and balls (our inventory may vary at times).
For those who may need to get some work done while in paradise, or perhaps wishing to extend their trip, the unit has a functional remote work setup with two desks (one with a monitor), a wireless printer/scanner and high-speed internet.

About Luana Kai Resort:
Luana Kai is a beautiful resort with lovely grounds full of tropical plants. Best of all it is direct oceanfront, no busy roads to cross to reach the beach, no obstructions.
Enjoy fantastic Maui sunsets, excellent whale watching (December through April) and beach walks just 100 yards from the condo. The beach is perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, windsurfing, kayaking, kiteboarding, sunbathing, or looking for shells or turtles.
In addition to the 1.5 milelong beach in front of Luana Kai, several well-known beaches including Keawakapu, Kamaole II, Kamaole III, Charley Young, and Sugar Beach are all within a few minutes’ drive.
It is centrally located in Kihei with shops and restaurants nearby to explore, many within walking distance, and easy access to the airport (approximately a 15-20 minute drive).
Luana Kai has a gated oceanfront heated pool with hot tub, saunas, and a complete outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ grills, dining tables and plenty of chaise lounges for reading, sunbathing or relaxing with a tropical drink. Other amenities include tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard and a putting green. The entire complex is a non-smoking property and we ask that our guests are non-smokers.
