With expansive indoor and outdoor spaces, there’s plenty of room to relax, entertain, and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. Ideally located next to Waterway Cafe, just 8 minutes from the beach, and moments from the area`s top restaurants, shopping, and attractions, this is the perfect place to experience the best of Palm Beach County.
Please note that the boat currently located on the lift is not available for guest use. Additionally, the dock is not available for guests to moor or tie up their own boats.
The property also features a grill area for guest use. While the outdoor entertaining space is shown in the listing photos, the grill area is not currently pictured.
Guest`s will have access to everything except the right garage, storage closet underneath the stairs, and one of the two master bedroom closets.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests booking through VRBO or directly through our website are required to provide a $5,000 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be held until after checkout and the completion of a post-stay property inspection. Provided no damage, violations, or other issues are identified, the full $5,000 security deposit will be promptly refunded.
☛ We require a temporary $1000 security hold on guest`s credit card. The hold will be fully and automatically released after the stay, provided there is no damage to the property
☛ Please note that the primary guest must complete a comprehensive guest screening (including identity verification and a background check) and sign our rental agreement via Truvi prior to check-in. Following your booking, you will receive an email directly from Truvi to complete this process.
☛ Please also note that a non-refundable $50 booking and damage protection fee is included as part of the reservation total. Guests will not be permitted to check in until all Truvi requirements have been completed.

☛ PLEASE CLEAN GRILL AFTER USE; Guest will be charged $50 if grill is not left in the condition it was in at check-in.
☛ Guest will be charged an additional fee of $500 for smoking in the house.
☛ Tampering of outdoor security devices will be charged $500 fine.
☛ An additional fee of $500 will be applied if any illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia are found in the property following guest checkout.
☛ For every 15 minutes beyond the agreed-upon checkout time that the guest remains on the property, a fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.
☛ Bringing an undisclosed pet will result in a $300 fee, on top of any extra cleaning and damage costs incurred

GUEST OBLIGATIONS: REPORTING UNCLEANINESS OR DAMAGES WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CHECK-IN: When you reserve and/or book your stay (as applicable), you understand and expressly agree that you will have 2 hours from the time of your check-in to report any uncleanliness issues or damages present in the home or on the property upon your arrival. Any such issues must be reported to the Host in writing and accompanied with timestamped photos of the reported issue. You also understand and expressly agree that if you fail to report any uncleanliness issues or damages accompanied by timestamped photos within this 2-hour window: (1) you will be deemed to have accepted the home and property’s condition at the time of your check-in, and (2) you will then be responsible for full payment of any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond the normal post-stay cleaning process, and (3) Host will be entitled to recoup payment from you for any corresponding charges that may apply. SWIMMING POOL LIABILITY WAIVER BY GUEST. By booking/reserving this property, Guest understands and acknowledges the following: 1) there is no lifeguard or other attendant on duty at any time for the pool or the surrounding pool area, 2) there is an inherent risk with swimming in the pool, playing in or around the pool area, and entertaining in the pool or its surrounding area, 3) children, people with disabilities, elders and pets should never be left unattended in, near, or around the pool and should always be supervised, and 4) no broken glass or other harmful objects or items are to be left in, around, or near the pool or its surrounding area. GUEST FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT GUEST IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY OF EVERY KIND FROM USE OF THE POOL AND THE SURROUNDING POOL AREA BY GUEST, GUEST’S FAMILY (IF ANY), GUEST’S PETS (IF ANY) AND ANY GUESTS OF GUEST DURING GUEST’S STAY AT THE PROPERTY.
