Every detail has been thought through, with no expense spared and great attention to detail. In the garage there are crab pots, clam diggers, and an amazing Sauna for you to enjoy. We also have an awesome BBQ & Smoker with propane available for your cooking needs. This is one of the most beautiful places on The Oregon Coast and in Newport Oregon.

The fully maintained and easily walkable beach access is only 2 houses away...a short walk down to get your toes in the sand.
ADU is included (4th bedroom and full bathroom). There is a detached Additional Dwelling Unit below the home with its own private entrance and deck.
The lower backyard is restricted to ensure guest safety.
