The huge private fenced-in yard comes complete with a large patio, outdoor yard games, and an enormous top of the line park-grade double sided charcoal BBQ grill that swivels where you can cook the fish you catch fresh from your private dock! We even have a 50 amp outlet for an RV hookup on the side of the driveway!
Rest easy knowing that this amazing property is professionally and regularly maintained with a large variety of service contracts with professional companies that include same day and after hours emergency services for the unlikely event you experience any issues during your stay!
-Air conditioning / HVAC: Air filters are replaced every 4 weeks. We also have a contract with professional company that includes: 1) regular cleaning and maintenance 2 times per year and 2) priority same-day and after hours emergency service for any unlikely issues!
-Pool: We have a contract with professional company that includes cleaning and chemical testing 2 or 3 times per week (varies by season) and they are on-call for same day emergency services for any unlikely issues!
-Appliance repair: We have a professional company who provides same day and after hours emergency services for any unlikely issues!
-Landscaping and gardening: We have a contract with a professional company who comes 1 or 2 times per month (varies by season)!
