Often described as one of the most peaceful places on earth, La Coquinita is a 434 square foot studio that sits steps away from the Atlantic Ocean and offers breathtaking views, relaxing walks, and the most inspiring sunrises your eyes will ever see.
Wake up each morning, grab a cup of coffee (or a mimosa!) and follow a meandering path down to enjoy 100 feet of private beach where you can cleanse your soul, revitalize your mind, and get back on track to an invigorated life.
Panoramic views of the ocean abound from the two oversized windows in the main area of this unique space which includes a California King sized bed and an optional inflatable mattress for our smaller guests. Coffee table, chest of drawers and an extendable folding dining/workspace table which can comfortably sit (4) people, inside the space or outside on the private deck. The compact but well equipped kitchen offers a (4) burner stove, sink, microwave, refrigerator and all the kitchen items you need to prepare your meals. The bathroom boasts a full sized shower with a window offering a view to the ocean, sink, toilet and high end bathroom toiletries.
Everything you need to experience true ocean front living is provided during your stay: high end linens, towels, pillows and bed coverings, basic toiletries, kitchen items and cooking appliances, Keurig coffee maker, new 40" Smart TV and Wi-Fi. In addition and right outside your door you will find a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and recreational toys.
To enhance your stay, the owners have curated a photo collection by local artists that adds warmth and welcome to an incredible place. This studio is best enjoyed by a family of 2, with an inflatable bed available for our smaller guests.
St. Augustine is located 28 miles to the North while Daytona Beach is 33 miles to the South, both a picturesque drive along A1A. If you desire a closer dining or shopping experience, La Coquinita is only 6 miles from Main Street Flagler Beach, a quaint town center with plenty of restaurants, bars, a farmer's markets and a dramatic pier that jets out to the Atlantic Ocean.
