The backyard features a stunning pool that is professional maintained with waterfeatures including a waterslide, (option to be heated), Hot Tub/Spa, Fire Pit, BBQ, professional-sized sport court for Basketball/Pickleball, massive Putting Green, Table Tennis/Ping Pong, Pool Table and Poker Table.
Our vacation home is located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood with plenty to see and do. Your own private paradise is just minutes away from Kierland, Old Town, Golfing, Shopping, Restaurants and more.
Windrose's oasis provides tons of open space and multiple hang out areas inside and out, day or night. The pool area is spacious, comfortable, and is where you will want to spend a lot of your day with both shade and sunny lounge areas with plenty of chairs and loungers. The home comes complete with an indoor/outdoor sound system and the incredible landscape lighting keeps the fun going all night. Surrounded by Arizona's beautiful landscape and lush desert, your breath will be taken away.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained between 84-88 degrees. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.
*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.
