This unit is meant to provide a more peaceful experience. Perfect for adults to relax and spend some quality time while the young ones have fun and enjoy the downstairs area.

→A 65” Smart TV is in the living room.
→Full kitchen is equipped with all the necessities.

"The Rustic Lizard" - Downstairs:

This unit was put together thinking of a modern, cozy place where friends can meet, play pool, watch movies and enjoy.
→Each bedroom has king beds with pillow top mattresses.
→Spacious closets in each room allow plenty of storage.
→Full kitchen is equipped with all the necessities.
→A 55” Smart TV is in the living room along with a regulation size pool table.
→Washer + Dryer is in the half-bath.

A 500 foot crushed granite trail leads down to the Guadalupe river bank. There is a sitting area overlooking the rapids w/ Polywood Adirondack chairs & a propane fire pit. More steps lead down to the river rapids which are about 1-2 foot deep. Perfect for sitting in & relaxing. Tie your tube up to a boulder & relax.

The Guadalupe River is perfect for kayaking. We have partnered w/ Flow Paddle Co in Victoria, Tx. They can provide kayaks and/or transportation. Several options in kayaking are available starting/ending on our river bank. Please contact them directly on Facebook for more details.

Please stay within the fenced area, as we have neighbors on both sides of the house.

Summary: We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. This place was better than expected! I didn’t realize upon booking there are 2 complete kitchens! SCORE! The whole family enjoyed the pool table and tons of games. Every bed was comfie. Every room is temp controlled. The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries. Then there is the outside. It’s a little piece of heaven in DeWitt county. I actually cannot wait to come back and visit this summer. Toes in the water baby!! I highly recommend booking. You will not be disappointed. PS whoever decorated this place did a fantastic job!
