Summary: NEVER. STAY. HERE. In 72 hrs, Jennifer (manager) STILL has not contacted myself or my parents regarding reported issues to the front-desk staff. They found what appeared to be blood on their sheet AND my mother, unfortunately, pulled up her down-comforter and stated, "it smells like straight-piss!!"
-CONS-
Bathroom: Towels are stained/dirty, thin and scratchy as the tissue (see below). Chipped/cracked floor tiles, super-hot lighting, holes/moldy caulking, hole/moldy wall, malfunctioning shower, toilet BARELY flushed after holding handle down. VERY small/tight space in King/Queen restroom.
Bedroom: Hole/stains in carpet, A/C malfunctioning (TX in JULY!! Set at 60*, actual room temp 74*), chipped furniture. ULTRA-ULTA THIN 1-ply tissue (the worst)!!
Bedding/Linen: Large tear AND brown stains on top sheet and on pillow-top mattress protector.
Breakfast: 3 out of 10, AT BEST. Very "blah" and not plentiful at all. Our families arrived during the stated breakfast time, to be told by staff "we ran out of food, and I don't know when my truck is".
STRONG SUGGESTIONS:
~RENOVATE!
~Your housekeeping staff needs to recognize raggedy/stained items during laundry duty and REMOVE these items to go to the garbae/rag pile!!
~Manager needs to be held accountable for not returning contact/messages left by paying-customers.

We're alive to tell the story. Bed/Mattresses were VERY comfortable (no bed bugs or roaches noted during the stay). Good luck IF you choose "this" place.

Summary: Great spread for breakfast. Close to town and the rooms were quiet (not a lot of ambient room noise). Ask about the partnerships with local businesses to see what discounts you can get around town. Last, one of our kids got sick during our visit and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Summary: Our stay at the Red Lion was great as always. We have stayed here several times in the past for our family reunion and our stay is always great!!

Summary: Everything was pretty well except the AC was really noisy. I want to give a shout out to the front desk attendant when I checked in, her name was Keke, hopefully I am spelling it right. She was absolutely delightful and super friendly and answered all of my questions I had. Thanks again keke!
