Our privately owned 5th floor condo in the Kihei Akahi complex is beautifully furnished and is just a short walking distance to beach and many restaurants and shopping attractions. It offers a warm and relaxing environment and has all the comforts of home. From the private lanai area, you can enjoy partial ocean view and glowing sunsets or sunrise over Mt. Haleakala. Directly below the lanai is a large garden landscaped area with many blooming flowers and trees, offering tranquility and privacy at the end of your day. Kihei Akahi Resort complex is in the southern Kihei area, ideally located across from Kamaole 2 beach area, one of Maui’s finest swimming beaches. The grounds are well maintained, and this resort complex features two swimming pools and a tennis court. Golf is nearby, and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
The kitchen and bath areas have been updated with granite counters and bath area has a walk-in shower with separate vanity area. Kitchen has been newly remodeled, with large granite island counter and all stainless steel appliances. The condo is beautifully furnished and includes porcelain tile floors throughout the unit. The bedroom is in a quiet location away from any elevator noises and has a new king size bed. The condo opens to the gentle breezes of the trade winds, has a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, as well as air conditioning unit in living room.
