Cancellation Policy: We hope you never need to cancel your time away, but in the event that you do, guests are advised that any cancellation prior to 30 days will result in a $149 processing fee or 3.9% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. Cancellations between 14-30 days prior arrival date will result in a 50% forfeiture of total reservation plus $149 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation.
