Waterfront Canal House in popular Sea Isle Neighborhood: 4 bedroom/3.5 bath with POOL, downstairs bar area, large living and kitchen! Perfect for a couple families, fishing tournaments and girls weekends. Fish right off the dock on the back, play yard games in the huge yard and watch the sunset from the back porch. Short drive to private Sea Isle Beach (2 minute golf cart ride or 13 minute walk/0.7 miles), The West End Marina and Restaurant. There is also a private neighborhood park and always fun activities going on including fishing tournaments, 4th of July parade, Halloween and Easter events, Chili Cook-off and Pancake breakfasts. Washer/Dryer laundry room inside the house. Kitchen equipped for cooking and a gas grill is available upon request. Perfect for a family getaway with a king bed in the master with an en suite, a king with 1 set of built in bunks in the guest room, and two sets of built in bunk beds in the bunk room.
