Old Mill Retreat is a 1700sqft single-level space with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms plus an unattached garden suite located in the backyard. The home features brand new appliances, cabinetry, countertops, hardwood floors, bathroom, and everything you would expect from a modern new construction.
All rooms have comfortable king-sized Tuft & Needle mattresses. The beds also include an assortment of pillows for different sleeping preferences.
***PLEASE READ*** The fourth king bed is in an unattached garden suite located in the backyard. There is no bathroom attached to this unit and you will need to access the main house. A clothing and suitcase rack are provided for your belongings. It is equipped with a split unit to provide air conditioning and heating all year round.
Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, extra rolls of toilet paper are all provided.
The kitchen is stocked with necessities such as: brand new fridge with filtered water & ice maker, pots, pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster.
