Association beach, dock (for fishing), pools (kiddie & adult), tennis, basketball, volleyball, playground. Very family friendly home with a game room that includes pool table, foosball, and air hockey. Outside - firepit with eight chairs, hammock, charcoal grill, small propane grill (Weber Q)
