Dillon Bay Condo is a fully remodeled, top floor 2 bedroom condo with direct and unobstructed views of Lake Dillon, Buffalo and Red Mountains and the Ten Mile Range. Located in Dillon and just a short 10 minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort in Corinthian Hill. This condo has vaulted ceilings, clubhouse with swimming pool and hot tubs, and unbeatable views from the living room, kitchen and deck.
Dillon Bay has a large open living space with spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space and all cooking utensils, appliances and place setting. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table seating up to 6 people, there is a counter bar in the kitchen with additional seating for 2 people, plus 2 folding chairs for dining up to 10 people. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room with a gas fireplace, HDTV, Sony DVD player, and direct lake views.
The primary bedroom has a King size bed with a Tempurpedic memory foam mattress. Bedroom 2 is located on the opposite side of the condo and has a Queen size bed with Tempurpedic memory foam mattress as well as a Roku tv. There is a 3/4 bathroom in the hall right outside of Bedroom 2. The condo has a washer dryer in the unit.
The unit has a large private deck with table and seating for 4 people, and stunning lake and mountain views. There is a one car garage and additional surface parking for one vehicle. Guests have access to the Corinthian neighborhood private clubhouse which is just a short walk or drive from the unit. The clubhouse has a heated outdoor swimming pool, and indoor hot tub, lounge and picnic area. There is free wifi, cable TV, board games, and a pack n play crib. The condo is on the free Summit Stage bus stop. Please note, the gas grill has been removed due to HOA policy changes. Electric grill coming soon.
