The center of Columbia City - great shops, restaurants, a farmers market, a movie theater - is three blocks west, and the light rail is only a few blocks beyond. You'll also have incredible access to Lake Washington at Seward Park (one mile), downtown Seattle (five miles), and Seattle Tacoma International Airport (10 miles).
Built in 1916, the house is full of turn-of-the-century character, from box-beam ceilings to the original oak and fir floors. Brightly colored textiles and vibrant wallpaper enhance the natural charm, while central air conditioning, solar power, and an elegant open kitchen bring in a sense of modernity.
