Make your way up to the second floor of “The Exchange” building and step inside via the keyless electronic keypad.
The bright, spacious studio has been styled and designed with your comfort in mind and offers views out to the charming town below. The modern bedroom space features a luxe king bed fitted with luxe hotel quality linen and a plush bed frame.
The cozy sitting area is inviting with two plush sofa chairs where you can sit an enjoy a hot coffee and pastry from the Parkville Coffee shop located right outside.
Stay in and watch a movie on the large wall mounted TV while you keep comfortable using the split system heating/cooling overhead. Or catch up on work or study at the workspace with a desk and chair.

Getting Around:
There are many options when it comes to getting around Parkville and Kansas City.
The Kansas City streetcar is totally free to use and is the best way to get around downtown. It runs for two miles from the Crown Center into Midtown and then to the River Market District on the banks of the Missouri River.
Taking your own car is another great way to get around as there is ample parking and the city is quite car friendly.
If you have a bike there are over 600 miles of cycle tracks through the city that you can use. Most buses have a bike rack so you can get around quite easily.
Other Things to Note:
Please note there is a historic live train track that runs near the loft.
Local residents must obtain prior approval before instant booking. Quiet Hours are 10PM-7AM.
Please be courteous to the neighbors by keeping noise low and keeping the house and its surrounding clean. We also have a early check-in and late check-out fee of $20 for 1 hour, $50 for 2 hours, and $90 for 3 hours.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking of any kind. If we detect a smoke odor during or after your stay, you will be fined a minimum of $250.00. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
