This 3,000 sq ft home is located on a ridge overlooking the Smoky Mountains. Built to fit into it's environment with a beautiful view from every room, it brings the environment into the home. Enjoy 1500 sq ft of marble terraces. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Exterior construction of marble and redwood. Interior is constructed of rare and fine woods. Ceilings of white ash, walls of redwood, floors of oak and trim of black walnut. Huge fireplace adds warmth and charm. You have access to all but our bedroom which remains locked (we will not be here). You have access to the parking area, the breezeway, the spacious yard, and the back patio. Feel free to explore the property but please be careful. There are some landscaping projects currently underway.
