The Starfish Cottage opens to the pool with a limited canal view. This unit offers a queen bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and inside laundry room. Shared outdoor area with multiple seating for grilling with a Weber gas grill. Driveway parking for our guests. Large side yard with locking gate for boat and trailer parking. Our dock comfortably accommodates two 22 ft boats. One boat dockage per cottage. Enjoy taking in a baseball game at Charlotte Sports Park, 14 miles from our home. This sports park is the Spring Training center for the Tampa Bay Rays and the minor league Charlotte Stone Crabs.
