Guests at The Kaleidoscope Cove will enjoy exclusive use of the entire indoor suite, with no shared indoor spaces. The outdoor amenities, including the fenced-in yard, basketball court, firepit, hammock, hot tub and picnic table, are shared with guests staying in adjacent units at Taylor Hills Hideaway. Your guest suite is situated on the second floor and offers a private entrance and exit. Note that there is an additional suite located below, which may accommodate additional guests.

I'm Jeanie, your host. Since 1990, my husband and I have cherished living in Waynesville, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Ozarks where we raised our family. This inspiring setting motivated us to create a unique retreat for travelers.
At Taylor Hills Hideaway, our goal is to offer more than just accommodations. We aim to provide a comfortable, elegant, and unique experience where families can create lasting memories.
This endeavor is a fulfillment of our lifelong dream, and we are committed to continually enhancing this charming haven. Located in a lovely neighborhood and just a short drive from Fort Leonard Wood, our retreat is ideal for a peaceful getaway.
OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL AREA: While staying at The Rainbow Ritz in Taylor Hills Hideaway, guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire second-floor retreat. The outdoor recreational area (including the hot tub) is shared with guests from neighboring suites within the hideaway, necessitating mutual respect among all visitors. Kindly consider others to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the amenities. If you are bringing a dog, it is required that you notify us as hosts, clean up after your pet, and keep your dog leashed the entire time they are in our outdoor spaces. Practicing common courtesy is essential for ensuring a pleasant experience for all.
OUTDOOR INSECT AWARENESS: The Missouri Ozarks are home to a variety of insects such as chiggers, ticks, and mosquitoes. While our suites are regularly sprayed for insects, it's not possible to completely eliminate them. We recommend being prepared for outdoor activities by using bug spray and taking other necessary precautions.
SURVEILLANCE: For the safety of our guests, we have eight exterior security cameras in place. There are five cameras around Unit 1: a "Ring" doorbell camera by the front door, two on the west side, one on the east side, and one on the north side. Units 2 and 3 each have exterior "Ring" cameras by their main entrance doors. In the backyard, there is one camera in the pavilion and another on the back exterior side of units 2 and 3, facing the yard. All cameras are outward facing and record video and audio.
SOUND AWARENESS: At Taylor Hills Hideaway, our suites are nestled close together in a charming alcove, offering a cozy and connected atmosphere. Due to this proximity, you might occasionally hear sounds from neighboring units. To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, we observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. If you have any noise concerns, I'm always just a text or call away to help address them promptly.
