"Les Gîtes du Mas de Roujou" welcomes you to a magnificent and peaceful setting in the Lot region, half an hour from Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac, the Pech Merle Caves, and 40 minutes from Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and many other superb sites to visit.
This ideally located and peaceful spot offers two vacation rentals: one for six people and one for four people (see our other listing).
The cottage for 6 people includes:
- a beautiful living room, a cozy dining area, and a lovely, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, range, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher...)
- a modern bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks.
- Separate toilet.
- 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with new 160-size beds and one with two new 90-size beds.
- A private terrace/garden.
The (big) PLUS: A magnificent 12*5 pool area consisting of 3 levels (1st level 40 cm deep, 2nd level 80 cm, these two levels are ideal for very young children accompanied by their parents, and finally the top level, which is 1.60 m deep) and its pool house await you to relax after a wonderful day exploring (or not) the surrounding area. (The pool will be closed for the winter from October 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023).
And for the more adventurous, a lovely body of water for fishing enthusiasts or a picnic lunch awaits you just 5 minutes from the site.
Practical information:
- Parents are fully responsible for young children’s access to the pool.
- To avoid any inconvenience, young children must wear a special swim diaper.
- At the end of your stay, you will be required to pay a tourist tax of 0.54 centimes per day per adult.
- A 30% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.
- A security deposit check (which will not be cashed, of course) in the amount of 800€ will be required upon your arrival.
- Not a fan of cleaning on your departure day? No worries—we can take care of cleaning the cottage at the end of your stay. This service costs 60 euros.
